Sonda is an AI-powered discovery interviewing tool operated by Augmenta. By using Sonda you agree to these terms.

Accounts

Access requires an invitation code during early access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Your data

You retain ownership of all content you create (projects, guides, transcripts, synthesis). We process your data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

AI-generated content

Interview facilitation and synthesis are AI-generated. While we validate evidence linking, AI outputs may contain errors. Designers are responsible for reviewing synthesis before acting on findings.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sonda for illegal purposes, to collect data from minors, or to conduct interviews without informed consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

Sonda is provided “as is” during early access. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime.
